Spray bottle isnt working
I use secret Outlast spray Deodorant. Well my last 2 bottles that I've bought dont seem to want to spray well.
They mostly just spray air. I had a problem with one so i thought maybe it was just a fluke so i went and bought another bottle and im having the same problem.

I purchased a two-pack of the Secret Spray deodorant, and neither one works. I tried to run them under hot water, shake them often, and puncture the spray hole, but nothing worked. It was a total waste of money.

I have been using secret for years. I bought a bundle of three, knowing I like secret.
The spray didnt work after use, through all three bottles away after trying each directions said shake. I did. Nothing worked. The product itself didnt work.
It didnt last past 6-8 hours. I havent had a problem with perspiration in years and years. And I always used secret.
Beyond disappointed. I do now

Just purchased and paid twice as much as I would for regular secret to get less than half the product, the container is the same size, very diceptive
Long time user of secret, disappointing to see this happen, how do you justify half the product for twice as much money especially in today's market

Called about the 'Secret Whole Body Deodorant' ad. Your ad, like so many others that address bad odors – in this case, body odor on a woman – features only black women when you use the term 'stink'. In this case, it points to the inside of a black woman's underwear. This is terribly offensive to the sensibilities and dignity of black women. Such ads contribute to the rearing of another generation of racists in white children and feelings of inadequacy in black children.
It was my hope that you would no longer run the ad. For a day or so you did not run it. However, you are now running an abridged version which includes white women. However, the association with black women who 'stink' has already been made, so nothing short of scrapping that ad would suffice for me.
However, the person with whom I spoke when I called on the 4th was very attentive and apologetic and forwarded my complaint. Thank you for your response to date but it is my hope that you will remove the ad and create one without any racial reference or allusion.

Refusal to issue coupon for alternate P&G coupon and refusal to issue for 3(!) Secret alc-free deodorants I had purchased!
Product simply did not work. First deodorant I have ever used that does NOT prevent odor!!!
I asked for coupon(s) for other P&G products.
Request was refused.
Poor customer service! I am DONE with Secret products!

To complain about your commercials
Your current commercials about using your product "everywhere" is quite disgusting and done in poor taste!! You have flooded the cable channels and streaming so its hard to not have to see one of them while watching TV..I have used your deodorant for many years and considering changing to another product b/c of it.
My son was in the room when your commercial came on and it was a little embarrasing to say the least. Even he thought it was disgusting!!!

Verified ReviewerI’ve been using secret clinical since it was introduced, about 10 years ago? I love this product very much. Then my last purchase it kind of fell apart.
First Im not very pissed about what happened, just disappointed. So the bottom just wouldnt move or wind upwards.
I had to get pretty aggressive with it, then it just broke. I guess I just want you to be aware of what happened to me and maybe do a check on your quality control.
Thank you for your wonder product, I will still use and enjoy it!

I am absolutely livid. Had to go to FOUR DIFFERENT STORES, all out of the elusive Clinical Strength Invisible Solid Free &;; Sensitive.
I WANT AN UNSCENTED, SOLID DEODORANT. Not the soft solid kind that comes out in weird little ribbons. I dont understand why thats so insanely difficult to manage. Also, when it says shop online for the product, it takes me to a link to a completely different scent.
Please do better. I actually did like the deodorant but the scents are just unbearable.

Ive used Secret Outlast deodorant for years. It is no longer available.
The new comparable one is Secret Clinical Strength deodorant. It is twice the cost for half the product! Ridiculous! Outlast used to cost $4.59 for 2.6 ozs.
Clinical Strength is $7.89 for 1.6 ozs.
Way to satisfy customers Proctor &;;; Gamble!! I will be looking for a new line of deodorant!!
